How we work:
1. The first step is when you (the customer) contacts us. We promply set up an appointment to talk with you and see your project. We typically meet with you within a few days of receiving your call. At this meeting, we will take measurements for material, and talk with you about design and scheduling. Upon signing a contract, we then write you into our schedule.
2. The second step is the completion of your job. We take extra measures to protect your home, carpet, walls, etc. If any design questions arise, we will always talk to you before making any final decisions. We are quick, precise, and polite workers, who respect your home.
3. You satisfaction is our goal! Upon completing your job, we take time to do a 'walk through' with you. We will share with you (the customer) how to clean, and take care of your investment. Payment will follow completion, and your satisfaction, according to the terms agreed upon in the first appointment--There will be no hidden changes.
